Robin Miller of McGraw realtors was to sell my house and find me another. Just days before my contract was up she sold my house but because she never take us to look at any others, I didn't have another to go to. I asked her for 6 months to find me something nice for my money. After my house sold she took me to look at 2 houses and told me to pick one. she suggested the one I ended up buying because she said it was "turnkey" and I wouldn't have the problems I had at my other house. I asked her on 3 occasions to let me out of that contract. I told her I didn't want that house but she said there was nothing she could do. Shortly after buying the house the neighbors filled us in on the flooding issue, which caused an infestation of a host of Insects & vermin. I was also told that the back of my house had fallen into a sink hole. That was never disclosed to me. We've had sewer problems (to put it mildly) since we moved in. The sewer backs up every time water is ran in the house. Raw feces floods my front yard, directly under my bedroom window, several times a day. When I told Robin of these problems (a day or 2 after moving in) she told me it was my problem, it was my house now and if I didn't want it, put it back on the market. Every house in my neighborhood is roughly worth around 60k. I bought mine for 119k and Robin said I was getting it dirt cheap. Neighbors said every owner had issues. Come to find out, my sewer isn't connected to ANYTHING & MY FLOOR IS CAVING IN. Resolution Sought Robin Miller should lose her job and McGraw realtors should pay for my sewer to be fixed AND for every repair needed in my house due to the constant sewer flooding and Dr bills for my fiancé and I to be tested/treated for any illness we contact from fecal matter being tracked into our home
