Order a part with a distributor, when attempting delivery receiver check and find it was the wrong part and didn't received, part was taking back, distributor when ahead a charge credit card full amount. distributor contacted and promise to issue credit back, but so far failed to respond and to give the money back. Resolution Sought Expect the distributor to give the money back plus cost of time lost
