I went to an AJR concert and had the unfortunate experience of trying to park in a McKinley lot. It took me an almost an hour to drive from one end to the other and I immediately left because they were no spots that would fit my truck. I was taking my daughter with cancer to a concert. McKinley has continued to harass me despite having video evidence that I've never parked in their lot. In addition, I sent them proof of where I paid for parking in the hotel adjacent their lot. They still continue to harass me. In addition, somebody hit the front of my car and did over $2000 of damage. They continue to send me threatening emails and letters and say I have no way to dispute it. This is one of the most disgusting companies I've ever seen in my life. Resolution Sought I would like for McKinley to drop the claim, send me $2000 in an apology letter or I will be filing in court

I wasn't aware that I needed my phone for my doctor's appointment. Therefore, I forgot my phone and left it at home. When I left the garage there was no one in the booth to collect my money. The arm was up and so I left. Resolution Sought I would like to pay the 9.00.I would like for you to please waive the 70.25. Your speedy response to this matter would be appreciated.
