Sold a Lemon - Car stopped on me on the freeway with a blown engine and I have only had the car for 2 months and the dealership has done nothing! The GM : David Surguine, Salesman- David Hubanks, Customer Relations- Renee and Service Supervisor- Lee and Sales manager- Leo drive to work every day and the motto says they believe in God just got me sitting here with two children and have no care in the world for selling me a car with 4 recalls on it including the engine! Resolution Sought Give me my money back or put me into another car!

Our law firm represents McLarty Nissan. I received the complaint made by Ms. Hampton. McLarty has already responded to complaints from Ms. Hampton through entities like the Better Business Bureau of Arkansas. As we informed the BBB, McLarty has already replaced the battery, replaced the rear brake pads, and inspected the vehicle at no charge to Ms. Hampton. McLarty denies any allegations of wrongdoing and performed the above services for free as a gesture of customer goodwill. McLarty now considers this matter closed.
