I purchased a washer and dryer set with a warranty and I have been trying to get them to replace it or repair it since last Friday and I have spoken with them and they kept schedule appointments but not showing up and I have taken time off work to get the problem resolved Resolution Sought Replacement and compensation for my time

Company states: My guys did show up for the scheduled appointments. They were at her house three different times in attempt to fix the washer. They thought it was the pump at first, but then noticed there was a crack in the tub. We ended up replacing her washer and extended her warranty until March 7, 2022
