The photographer took pictures and video of my event back in 08/15/2021 but never delivered my final product. I called and emailed on various occasions and never received a call back or my product. These are my daughter's sweet 16 pictures and is disappointed on not having them. I would like to get my pictures. Resolution Sought I would like to get my pictures (final product) or my money back.
