I purchase an alpha 1 foldable scooter on 11-14-23 for a Xmas present. On Xmas I took the scooter out of the box would not charge or do anything I contacted Mdg and the said I need to contact hover for service. I was given several number no one ever answer them put in a ticket online to Hoover to this day no response. Call Mdg and told them what happening they keep telling me I need. Authorization number and case number which I can never get because no one answer. Told them I was going to send the scooter back to them because I have made 3 payments on something that don't work they stated they will send me to collection. Resolution Sought Return this scooter and my refund on payment's made.

This company hadn't updated their website on where and states that are available to I was. Told they are only available in the Wilmington Delaware area only and to residents of Wilmington Delaware they are not available to residents outside of Delaware state and they are also not available to residents of western united states areas California,Arizona, new Mexico, and other western states ONLY Wilmington city are of Delaware they need to notify CEO or headquarters of MDG I think based in Canada thank you Resolution Sought To. Change and correct and update what cities and states. Are MDG service areas please contact owner of company store to update with them
