Financed television from company, haven't had television for a month and due to a snow storm break big branch from tv and hitting the house and knocking tv down . Even after purchasing a 2 year protection plan, company states television can not be repaired. Resolution Sought Either fix my television, refund me my money for the television, or take the television off of the account since I have other things I'm paying for.

I purchase an alpha 1 foldable scooter on 11-14-23 for a Xmas present. On Xmas I took the scooter out of the box would not charge or do anything I contacted Mdg and the said I need to contact hover for service. I was given several number no one ever answer them put in a ticket online to Hoover to this day no response. Call Mdg and told them what happening they keep telling me I need. Authorization number and case number which I can never get because no one answer. Told them I was going to send the scooter back to them because I have made 3 payments on something that don't work they stated they will send me to collection. Resolution Sought Return this scooter and my refund on payment's made.
