Me & Support Thuyntecom complaints

This particular business has three different names it has gone by. 1.) Being the Facebook name Birkenstock, 2.) Being Alejandro Ruiz @ 1550 Glenn Curtiss Street, Carson, CA 90746, 3.) Me & support thuyntecom. I saw on Facebook an add selling Birkenstock sandles. They came in pairs of 2 for $74.90. I figured that's a great deal so I purchased them. When I finally received them they where not Birkenstock at all they were a cheap plastic sandle, very disappointing. I went to the post office and sent them back IMMEDIATELY to the address on the shipping label which stated out of California, the company is stating they gave the return address in Asia that was not the address on the package and there was no information inside the package about how or where to make returns I returned it to the California address they state isn't even their address! Then why was it on the pakage shipping label. I would have sent it back to Asia if I'd known that address. Are next contact is them stating they need proof showing the product is not as described. Unfortunately I had already sent the sandles back. I was so upset because they where misleading in their advertisement I just wanted my money back at that point. The only proof I had was making a copy of the post office receipt I had, which I did and sent it to them and they stated they cannot resolve my case if I did not show proof of showing the product is not as described therfore NO REFUND. Resolution Sought I would like my money back including the amount it cost me to ship the items back which was $12.00. I'm asking for the return amount because I would have kept them if they were Birkenstocks, but they weren't so the total would be $89.90 please. It would be nice to see this resolved in a couple of weeks I've been dealing with this for over a month.
