Dear consumer complaint division on 09/23/21 I purchased a front left and right catlystic converter order# 723145 from Macauto parts discounts located at 315 Boston post red. Port chester NY. 10573 I paid 480.25 for the converters..however after receiving the product and paying 350.00 to have them professional installed. I drove home and the check engine light came back on so I took my car back and they told me the converter were bad so I emailed Mac auto parts and was told to send them back they didn't pay for shipping I paid 40.00 to have them shipped back..now there saying the parts were overheated and refuses to give me a full refund after sending me parts that were no good...I also went to Auto zone and had to spend 762.00 for another set of converter and they were installed and no check engine came on .to resolve this problem I would appreciate a full refund of 480.25 ...I look forward to your reply and a resolution on this matter..thank you Resolution Sought I would like to be issue a full refund of 480.25...I would like for the company to take in consideration that I had spent 1632.00 all together
