Insensitive to patients

Susan (from office), calls to let me know that the pharmacy requested a refill, however she states I need to be examined for the medication. I tell her if I can at least have it this one month since I'll be out of my medication soon and Susan says "that's not my problem". Very unprofessional and insensitive to patients
