Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

The Lunch Package includes Sour Sour fries, a pizza 2 hamburgers and 3 cokes. The Sour Sour Gummies were NOT anywhere near Sour. A lemon head has more of a tinge than the supposed Sour fires. This is clearly false advertising as I was in full planning of the Spur Sour fries to be Sour and to my major Disappointment they were not even close to being Sour. They should have been called fries to go along with the rest of the lunch package. Resolution Sought I would like complete change on the sour sour fries package and it's clearly not even a little sour. I would like my money back and I would like to know why it's called sour sour.
