I bought new truck from Medford Nissan with a service agreement for 125 thousand mile agreement for service on new truck with oil changes but was told they don't do it any longer for service I paid for in price of new truck over $41,000.00. How do I get my money back. Resolution Sought I want the extended warranty agreement for the 125 thousand miles paid back I'm being ripped off.

Thank you for sending me this information. Customer satisfaction is one of my primary concerns, and this is the first I have heard of this. As for resolution: 1. Our company services all of the lifetime oil change plans that we have sold. That has been and will continue to be our practice. 2. Apparently the customer sold this vehicle:2019 Nissan Frontier. 3. I just had cancellation requests come across my desk for their lifetime oil contract. I signed the check, and the customer is receiving a refund of $402.80. I am not sure what the disconnect was here with this customer. I know for certain, that we never turned them away, nor denied their use of the lifetime oil change contract they purchased from us.
