I have been having cable tv issues for a month 2 technicians have been working on they have submitted work orders for a maintenance technician and we can't get one out here I will be changing cable service soon if this is not resolved this is not acceptable we have been paying our bill on time every month for 20 years. Thanks for your help. Resolution Sought Come out when they receive the work order asap

Mediacom disconnected my home phone number without my request, consent, or knowledge. When I called to find out what happened (because I was getting calls from unknown people and having heard that people had tried to contact me me but where unable to do so) I was them informed that my number had been changed. This was roughly 6 weeks after it had been changed without my knowledge. I was informed that it was irreversible without getting new service through the company that now had my old number, paying for that installation, then calling back to mediacom and reconnecting new service with my old number, and that was only if it was available. Resolution Sought I simply want my old number back. I have had that number over 30 years and there are people that only know how to contact me through that number.

On January 31, 2023, the customer agreed to a customer loyalty promotion and at that time, the phone number changed when the plan was setup. Since this was almost 2 years, Mediacom does not have access to the phone number as it was released to the company who owned the phone number. A full month of credit in the amount of $171.86 was applied to the customer's account.
