Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They keep calling about a payday loan and then something about a closed Business. Although there was never a loan taken out the information they are trying to collect on is over 10 years old. Resolution Sought Stop Calling!
