Complainants generally allege dissatisfaction with services after agreeing to pay the non-refundable fee. Some customers state they did not receive full technical support, access to the database, had difficulty cancelling, failed to receive marketing services or doctors to work for as represented. A couple of customers claim the company would not provide a refund when they were told by the sales representative that the program was fully refundable, or came with a 30 day guarantee. Some complainants state the company did not return phone calls, or emails. A few customers complained the training materials were difficult comprehend, or that there would be additional fees to start up the program.

The company responds to complaints by explaining they do not offer telephonic support and do provide a lifetime membership, access to training, software and leads for doctors. The company states they will not accept cancellation, or issue refunds once final access is released because there is no way to confirm the return of materials. In some cases, the company denied refunds when customers failed to complete registration information, or offered to continue services. In other cases, the company explained a refund would be provided upon receipt of cancellation, or a refund was sent.
