This website is a fraud. They say they are OSHA and HIPAA compliant and they are not. I got certified in 2019 by them and failed the inspection as OSHA did not accept their certificates, they failed to even write a letter to the Board to defend what they teach. They also have 100 money back guarantee and told me I will get a refund and I never did even though I repeatedly asked for it. Resolution Sought Refund the money as u promised otherwise do not put on your website 100 money back guarantee.

Thank you for your comments in regards to this situation. We understand that board in your area needed more from your office, and this was certainly a new finding for us.  We stand by our training and commitment to helping medical and dental offices meet their OSHA and HIPAA needs.  We have had 2 email correspondence over this issue, once on Nov 5, 2021, in which the refund was approved by a supervisor. We could not directly refund your method of payment on the account due to the length of time between registering and requesting a refund, therefore a check was mailed. The second correspondence was April 27, 2022 in which you requested the refund again not ever receiving the initial refund in November. The refund check was promptly put into the mail , as well as you were informed via email that it had been mailed on April 27,2022. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you and your practice, and we completely stand by our 100 refund in situations like you unfortunately had to go through with the state board. We never once denied or beat around the bush on this matter. No where on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website does it say the training needs to be done specific by an actual "in person" human. You have also seen the same information for yourself through your research. We have over 10,000 customers who have completed our training over 5 plus years, and we have never had an issue like this before.  As we previously stated in our emails specifically to you "we offered our deepest condolences as this has been an inconvenience to both you and your practice. We wish you the best of luck, thank you.
