Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Took out medical guardian service from march till may of 2023. Cancelled service and still being billed by them. I didnt sign up for reoccurring payments or service from them. I wont stand for getting railroaded by fraudulent acts by their business Resolution Sought Squash my debt as i was told at least 3 times i owed them nothing and wouldn't be contacted by them again. They constantly send me mail.

Ordered the system, got wrong one. Was sent another. Still the wrong thing. Sent two packages back. They say they only got ONE. I NEVER RECIEVED A TRACKING NUMBER. They are still taking money from my account even tho the unit was NEVER ACTIVATED! And say that they will continue taking money until the equipment is returned! I am 89 years old and a widow. Please help. Stop these people taking advantage of the elderly. Resolution Sought Give my money back!
