Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I visited a mobile dentist in order to get my remaining upper teeth removed. Dr. Cassandra Phillipsen extracted the teeth (approximately 14 teeth), but did NOT put stitches in to hold my gums closed where they were removed. As a result, my mouth was infected and extremely sore for 4 weeks. I decided to revisit a Dentist. He had to reopen the gums, as they did not heal properly, and had to remove a large piece of a tooth that was left. Resolution Sought Not perform any procedure that they cannot do properly. I should have been referred to someone who would have taken the time. I want them to address this matter.
