Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I returned a lift chair to them and I paid over 1700 for it and they only reimbursed me $279 of the purchase price. Upon contacting them they said it was shipping fees and other fees and that's why I only got $279. Their business is only 39 miles away from where I live. No one explained this to me until I wanted to return it. Resolution Sought To get more money back then what they gave me. If you can't do that at least I would like to report them and they're unfair business practices
