So it was supposed to be an online psychiatry appointment that turned out to be a sales pitch for a drug called Aderall I think. I specifically put in the documents when I enrolled what medication I was on and what diagnosis I have. The guy, I guess the doctor, last name Chan, acted like I was making it up. He claimed to be the best in his field and I never even got to speak hardly. So the drug is a stimulant and I don't even drink caffeine, I respectfully declined the drug but the pressure was immense. I had to accept the offer for the drug because of the amount of pressure. This "doctor" who knows nothing about me, accused me of talking slow due to the meds I was on. Well, I had not taken any of my meds that day, I was in shock about how this was what they considered psychiatry. There was no offer to help with coping mechanisms, just a stimulant which by his actions, I could have easily said he was fast talking me because of his own meds. He then accused me of being in withdrawal. Well, I had some of my meds right there, I just legit only take them as needed and I guess he couldn't accept that but that comment was the one that really bothered me the most. I paid $100 to be told he was the best in the field, he diagnosed me with a random condition on the spot without me even have spoke my name, he said super offensive things, and then he's not even in state for me, so his scripts were no good anyways. I wrote in on 4/18 and they still won't give me an update. Resolution Sought Refund me the 100 bucks I paid for 6 minutes of a sales pitch instead of a proper psychiatry appointment.
