Customer Complaint

Meeks was hired by us in July of 2020 and still has yet to complete our work to our home. They ignore my calls and emails and never respond to my concerns. We have paid 26,000 to them and they keep giving us the run around. We have damage to our home that they did not fix from our window replacement and unfinished siding and paint. We have 2 windows that need replaced still and they keep saying the eta is pushed back for the last 4 months. They do not want to help address my concerns but continue to ignore them. Resolution Sought Replace my windows or fully refund what we payed and we can hire someone else to do the rest.
