I ordered and paid 2 tickets from Mega bus to travel on December 22 returning January 2, 2025 and I guess until trying to return it i noticed the no refund clause since me myself and my son been previous frequent clients since 2014 , so I'm just asking for my refund as I purchased them 4 days on December 11, 2024. If anything helps you gather it quickly as I mentioned I been traveling even way frequently since 2018 4 tickets, 2 going and coming back, plus I also travelled last year, it's the first time I request a refund as I been frequent with them. The supervisor said his name was Alaine from New York City , and my Reservation Number ADT-518-3600562 Resolution Sought I just want a refund, I think it automated for them to have my bank account info
