Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I was treated very rudely by the customer service department and the food line manager. They both hung up on me. Refuse to let me file a complaint about hanging up on me. Refuse to help me in any way. The guy lied to me about who he was too I found out later through Another number. Supposed to be talking to the market director about this treatment from these workers. Connie told me she's been there twenty years so she can do whatever she wants. The other guy thinks he can do whatever he wants to. I had the whole thing recorded. They didn't know that part so all the lies they told. Yeah I have proof you lied. I just wanted what was destroyed replaced. I guess I'm asking too much. Resolution Sought I want my phone charger and wire cost replaced. I want something to be done to these people that just respected me too. I am a customer after all.
