I had oil change and free tire rotation order on 2/4/2023 at 11am. I waited for my car to get it taken care of. After they said the service is completed, I paid for the service for $73.45 and gave tip for my appreciation believing that they took care of my car. After I and my husband went home and examined my brand new car, the driver side doors have damages and the tire rotation had never been done. I was scammed and now my car has damages, makes me think that if the oil change service is done properly or not with this type of service. I work very hard everyday and take very good care of my new car, so I know any abnormalities on my car, now I'll have to see the searches on the doors and regret that I should never trust their service at all cost. I complained to the company by email, manager William admitted and promised to get the oil change redone as well as fix the scratches. The oil change redone is completed on 3/4/2023 by Andrew who is able to fix scratches on the doors. However, scratches were too deep that Andrew needed a whole day to repair. When I was to arrange the day to repair, they changed manager to Ruben, he made argument through emailing, he tried to arrange the day that is on good weather (no rain) and my availability on Saturday. But since last email from Ruben is on 4/28/2023, they've been ignoring any of my emails to repair the scratches they made. The price $1000 is estimation of repair of the scratches they made. Resolution Sought They already admitted to repair and schedule the day by email. The manager needs to be responsible to schedule the appointment on Saturday and repair properly on the scratches that they made. I'm in Alabama for work and my day to return to New York state is coming this December, therefore, they need to repair it right away.
