They said they accepted Total Care Auto Care insurance so they performed the diagnostic got back with me and said that Total Care wouldn't pay for the repairs so they're still charging for a diagnostic fee 169.14 when my deductible is only $100 Resolution Sought A refund

We do accept Total Care extended service agreements. We diagnosed the vehicle and submitted a claim to Total Care. They denied the claim and said the vehicle had to be taken back to the dealer who performed the original repair. The 169.14 charge was for our diagnostic time.
