The bills in Memphis are outrageous the bill goes u even if you don't even stay in the home the Facebook page has many complaints daily they have been on the news several times with people that have been saying the same thing the company is ripping people off they need to audited and checked out the city counsel has done nothing it's getting worse even when it rains power goes out for. Week and we still are being charged extra we have received several bills in 2 days 5 to be exact with different amounts up to 1720.00 when our bill normally is 300-400 it's ridiculous we need help here in Memphis TN please!!!! Resolution Sought Get a competitor or a new president with new facility someone is scamming us big time and we are tired of it.

They have been putting unnecessary charges on my account and every since these smart meters they have been manipulating peoples bill my lights got disconnected twice and they are charging 200 dollar fees for that, and calling it a security deposit. Resolution Sought Adjust my bill too the correct amount and stop charging outrages fees inflation is at an all time high and they are adding to our burden.
