Poor customer service!!

We had an incident at the store. We went there to shop and my daughter asks to go to the bathroom. We waited for her for minutes outside and the staff there were eying at us and so we asks why they kept staring at us. Just as that, without any other conversation whatsoever. Then suddenly a security guy came over and started asking what wrong as the staff told him that we were threatening them. We told him what exactly happened, then he started raising his voice at us. My husband then got more upset and telling him that we are not doing anything but just wait for my daughter to go outside the bathroom. He stated we are not allowed to say any curding words because it's private property. We inform them we didn't start the argument in the first place. He then called cops on us and stated lies to the cops. Cops told us to just leave- we are banned to the store and we can't no longer shop there. I was disgusted anyway so I told them we do t want to shop at the store anymore and won't do any business with them after this incident. I want them to re train the security, he is not professional at all and very rude. The management also need to be properly educate their staff as when you pull the cameras in the store you can see that we absolutely did not do anything wrong. If there is a zero rating, I would even give 1 rating at this place.

Give customers a damn mask for free

I forgot my mask and they would sell me one for 49 cents. As a senior I didn't have 49 cents to spare. Every other stores freely gives you a mask. Completely ignorant to charge 49 cents for a dumb paper mask.
