Husband almost ran over!

my husband was almost killed today due to an elderly forklift driver. they were carrying 4 by 4 posts and was almost hit twice within two minutes. upon my husband and his father trying to leave, the forklift opp. Never looked back upon backing up, almost hitting their truck when he got off of the forklift he didn't even put it in park and another employee tried to remind him to put the parking brake on All the driver had to say was F that parking brake.
