I felt they refused service to me. It was disrespectful.

I called to place an order on a particular dish. The lady I spoke to said she didn't make it today. I said ok and asked when will you guys have it. She says we don't make those. I then said i order that all the time. I then ask to speak to somebody else because it seemed her English wasn't too good. She didn't pass the phone and hung up on me. I called right back and it went straight to voicemail. I kept calling and she wouldn't pick up. That happened around 6pm on Monday the 20th. I called on Thanksgiving to file a complaint. She wasn't rude but she didn't seem to understand what I was saying. I ended the call and hung up because I felt I wasn't going to get anything resolved.
