In January 14, I paid for my car Warranty first payment. When I realized that they cover all they could for my Nissan 2019, with a 7,600miles on it, I made a call on February 2nd to Customer Service phone number on my Auto protection Policy card (833) 762-5197. They said to call to the seller. Then I was told that my warranty was sold to another company. I called to the Motor Vehicle Services 844-763-0130 who set and possessed payment and papers. They never answered my calls. Then I was given phone number and cancel policy on February 4, 2026. On the next day I called again to confirm this cancelation. Representative said that it cancelled. In couple of days, as soon as I did not receive any email about this cancellation, I called to American First Assurance several times; they said my policy is not canceled, I must wait for a letter and then call them for this cancelation. Letter from "Mepco" provided two phone numbers 888 927-2247 and (800)397-6767; they brought me to hysteric, saying that previous representative did not cancel policy, I am canceling it now from February 19th. On the next day another representative said: I am canceling it today. I was crying when you would stop changing a cancelation dates. They were hanging up on me as soon as I was asking again for the date OF MY CANCELATION. THE ACTUAL DATE OF MY CANCELATION IS FEBRUAEY 2ND. I WENT WITH THEM THROUGH THE TERRIBE TIME. IT IS DIFFICULT TO REACH TOSE REPRESENTATIVE WITH ALL ACCOUNTS TO FILL UP. Resolution Sought I want a full refund $220.00

I mistakenly called Mepco Home Warranty, They sent mail to me, when I called, they started telling me, my home would be red flaged, and that I wouldn't be able to live in my home no more unless I took their Home Warranty,. I have a bit of Dementia, they had me crying, force sold me, They told me they where going to charge me $231..00 a month, I told them during the call to cancel it, and they wouldn't, and forced me to take it. I could not afford it, so I wasn't able to pay for it. Now in just 4 months they have charged compounded rates, the bill is $4,200.00 and plus more just to cancel, for something I haven't even used and told them to cancel. They used threats, they where very abusive towards me during the call. It has been a nightmare, they keep calling me, I block one number, and they just keep calling from a different number. I had to change my banking information. I don't want their product and are forcing me, and are going to charge me more to cancel. I can barely pay my Mortgage, my other bills, Utilities, and food to eat. What makes it even worse, my husband has cancer. One day he won't be able to work part-time any more, I don't know what we are going to do, I guess lose my home. Just because these Warranty companies are notorious for preying upon the elderly, I am 60, and my husband is 68, I guess will be put in the streets. Resolution Sought I would like them to drop the account and not charge me the $4,200.00 plus what they are going to charge me to cancel, they prey upon older people, and will force me and my husband to lose our home. He has CANCER, and should not have to lose his home, that is not fair to him or me. I would like to stay living in my home without them bankrupting us. I even told them we could afford it, and that my husband has cancer. They are so heartless and don't care due to their beyond greed.
