Ms Auel, a 85 year old widow received a call at her home with pressure tactics to purchase an extended warranty for her car. A fraud alert was received from her bank by her son for a Drive Shield Auto. This was denied but 2 days later a business called Mesh Auto showed up as a deduction on the same day. A letter from MEPCO was received claiming to be the servicer of the account. When contacted the call was forwarded to Mesh Auto, and no one picked up the supposed forwarded call. Attempts to contact both Drive Shield and Mesh Auto via their websites have not been returned and in fact filling out the contact form for Mesh Auto results in a 404 webpage not found. Even using their supposed process for terminating the contract provides no relief or follow up if a message is left. A registered letter to MEPCO has been sent telling them to terminate the contract 20260306142523 Submitted on her behalf by her son David Auel Resolution Sought Termination of the contract referenced above/

In January 14, I paid for my car Warranty first payment. When I realized that they cover all they could for my Nissan 2019, with a 7,600miles on it, I made a call on February 2nd to Customer Service phone number on my Auto protection Policy card (833) 762-5197. They said to call to the seller. Then I was told that my warranty was sold to another company. I called to the Motor Vehicle Services 844-763-0130 who set and possessed payment and papers. They never answered my calls. Then I was given phone number and cancel policy on February 4, 2026. On the next day I called again to confirm this cancelation. Representative said that it cancelled. In couple of days, as soon as I did not receive any email about this cancellation, I called to American First Assurance several times; they said my policy is not canceled, I must wait for a letter and then call them for this cancelation. Letter from "Mepco" provided two phone numbers 888 927-2247 and (800)397-6767; they brought me to hysteric, saying that previous representative did not cancel policy, I am canceling it now from February 19th. On the next day another representative said: I am canceling it today. I was crying when you would stop changing a cancelation dates. They were hanging up on me as soon as I was asking again for the date OF MY CANCELATION. THE ACTUAL DATE OF MY CANCELATION IS FEBRUAEY 2ND. I WENT WITH THEM THROUGH THE TERRIBE TIME. IT IS DIFFICULT TO REACH TOSE REPRESENTATIVE WITH ALL ACCOUNTS TO FILL UP. Resolution Sought I want a full refund $220.00
