Impossible to cancel the Policy, SOS!

Covered everything they could on my 2019 Nissan Kicks with 7500 mileages on it. I cancelled immediately on Feb.2nd. but they are keeping me long time from stopping my warranty, lying that I did not cancel it, or 5 representatives I spoke with did not cancel my policy. (?) Time is running for their favor to charge me next month again. Cannot intrude myself into conversation with representatives. They repeatedly say same sentences and demand to let them finish skipping any caller's explanations. Help, anyone!
