Good morning, I have been using the Mercari store to sell my products, the truth is that I had been selling for several months without any problem, my clients always gave me 5 stars and no complaints, they closed my account out of the blue, they said that I did something wrong and they really didn't even notify me or give me a second chance, I don't understand, simply because the place where I live is a building where we share the same email address and I offered my products to people who live there and they closed my account because someone bought in the store and arrived at the same address that I had registered, I mean a colleague bought a product with a credit card because he didn't have cash and that's why they closed it, it's an important source of income for my family and it has been difficult to sell, they didn't tell me anything or wanted to help me or solve it so I would not do it again, they have always had bad customer service. Thank you very much for your attention, I really appreciate your help to get back Resolution Sought I would like to have my account back, it is really important to me and my family, it's been hard lately, so this platform was giving good income and great business growth

Mercari has held my money going on one month now I sold a pair of earrings and they will not release my money. I have contacted them over 10 times and they keep telling me my account has been fixed to make a long story short. My account is still locked, and they will not give me my money and they will not answer me. Resolution Sought I want them to release my money so I can completely close down my account
