I sold an item on Mercari and my account got "limited" I have sent over 5 complaints to the help desk with only 1 response telling me they will look into it further. It's been over a week and still no response. I have $82.01 in funds sitting in my account and I cannot retrieve it because of my account being "limited" No where on my account does it tell me why my account is "limited". Resolution Sought I would like Mercari to give me the money I MADE from selling MY ITEM and give me an explanation as to why my account was "LIMITED"

I opened a Mercari account a few months ago, and I had some pending transactions, and I become ill with Covid and was on a ventilator and in the hospital for a few weeks. while in the hospital, I had some transactions that had some listings that had been sold, and they were just not taken care of and they were several were canceled because I was not able to check them and then to send my packages off like I needed to because I was in the hospital a few weeks ago after coming home from the hospital and getting things back on track I had made 10 to 12 listings. I had sold everyone of them and I had sent them off and the day after I sent my last package off. I have an email that saying that my account is is limited and is pending closure and as soon as all my transactions are done, and my packages are delivered and the buyers have rated me. I've been trying to get in touch with nobody will respond back to me. It's just automated service saying we'll get back to you. Nobody's got back with me. It's been two weeks exactly and no one has gotten up with me. All my transactions are done. Everything's rated everything's done , they had their packages. I just don't have my money in my account on my profile, but I cannot have access to it won't let me transfer it deposit it. No one will answer me. It's just I can't get my money and no one will talk to me. That's what I need help with. Resolution Sought My outcome would be that they lift the limited account long enough for me to transfer deposit my money to my account and if they wanna close it, they can close it. I'm not having any more Dealings with them anyway after this. I just want my money.
