UNETHICAL and blackmailing me

Customer service no longer exists at this company. They will suspend your account for false reasons - even if you are a 5-star rated professional seller. Ceo John Lagerling is running it into the ground while he stuffs his pockets with stolen money from small business owners!

Decent platform, Some policy issues but overall good.

I've been selling on Mercari for over 18 months now and have not much bad to say of them except the cash out feature. they already charge a platform fee, taxes, shipping and a transaction fee. There shouldn't be an additional fee of $2.00 each time to get money to your bank account that day. Besides that I like it.
