Customer Complaint

Mbrace continues to charge for services for a vehicle that we no longer own. We sold the 2018 Mercedes C300 vehicle in November 2020 and we contacted the Mercedes Dealer's financial officer who told us that he would take care of all the rebates of the products that we owned. The product Mbrace refuses to reimburse for 180.26 stating to us that we didn't call them but the financial officer told us he would take care of all the products. Mbrace charged us in January 2021 for 212.93 but would only reimburse for 32.67. We did not own the car in 2021. We should not have to pay for services for a vehicle that we no longer own, the vehicle was sold to a Jeep dealer and our charge card was still charged. This we believe is deceptive charge practices. Resolution Sought We would like for us to be reimbursed for this 180.26 charge to our credit card in their file. Mbrace keeps giving us the runaround, switching us from customer service to customer service
