I test drove a Mercedes Bens GLC 300 W4 and liked it but didn't really like the price so I left. The manage called me to offer 2K reduction so I came back the same day to purchase the car. Well, they didn't take off 2K as promised, so when I asked the finance guy said he didn't know anything about 2K reduction. There was no communication between them or it was a scam tac-tic that they used to lure people back into their dealership. But this was my fault for not reading the fine print before I signed the sale contract with them. Shortly after, I realized the car they sold me was not the exact same car that I test drove since it didn't have the ambient lights and automatic trunk opener. So they have switched the car and never had the decency to tell me that the car I purchased was not the same car I test drove. Another deceiving thing that I have encountered. I realized this is a very deceiving dealership so I decided to cancel my Gap insurance, tire/key and extended warranties with them, total of $6193. They told me 6-8 weeks I would get my refund. After 10 weeks, I have not seen any refund. I want my refund. Resolution Sought Refund the cancellation of 3 items: Gap $995.00, MB PPM 4YR 40000 $2499.00, T&W,PDR,KEY-PREMIER PRO $2699.00.
