My car was tow to the shop to get fix for not starting and they fixed other things that wasn't ask car still not starting after I paid 6000 I don't know what to do I need some type of advice or help to move forward Resolution Sought Got the car back out the shop car still not starting and they told me in the service department I can't bring the car back

Took my car in to be serviced and the Air Filter Unit never returned with the vehicle! Called and left numerous voicemails no response . Went in person threatened to have police called . Sent emails to service department Manager and General Manager No response. Resolution Sought Return or replace my part.
