Took my car in to be serviced and the Air Filter Unit never returned with the vehicle! Called and left numerous voicemails no response . Went in person threatened to have police called . Sent emails to service department Manager and General Manager No response. Resolution Sought Return or replace my part.

On March 24, 2022 I bought a 2008 BMW 528XI at Mercedes of WESTWOOD. Location 425 Providence highway WESTWOOD MA. Unfortunately, my BMW is not working because it needs a new transmission. I am so disappointed and shocked that I don't have a car to drive, and it hasn't been a year yet. I thought I took all precautions buying this vehicle from Mercedes Benz of WESTWOOD. They sold me a LEMON. I was told that all repairs were taken care of by a service technician. All lies. Nothing was done prior or properly. To resolve this problem, I would appreciate a my car repair, exchange, or money refunded. Thank you. Resolution Sought Repair, exchange or money refunded.
