I called looking around of a metris van and the dealer in wilsonviille had one I asked for him to send me pictures of the van inside and out he stated it was raining so I told him when it stops this was on Nov 4 he now tells me he couldn't cause it never stop raining and the reason he sold me a van that is a safety issue not completed inside that when you load it the panels will cut your hands. I on 4 Vans and none are like this he now tells me it's would have cost me extra that they come like that first I had just gotten a new metris and it was complete second he never showed me what was on the van and if he would have taken the pictures I would have known this has been a nightmare first it was suppose to be delivered between 1:00-3:00 instead it came at 6:00 in the night so I couldn't check it out and the front had a scratch. On the front that course I couldn't see and the driver told him I checked out the van another lie . When I sent him a text on Saturday when I finally got to look at the van he never responded I sent another text on Sunday when a loaded get cut putting produce in the van and is now making me pay the medical bills he never responded he finally called me today telling me the phone was off for 3 daysreally he had it on last weekend when he failed to send me the paperwork for this van and responded that they messed up He also lied saying that the van was off site and went directly on the truck to be delivered when the day beforenhe told me he had it. Resolution Sought I want them to finish the inside of the van so no one else gets cut. This is a safety issue and they won't talk to me as I had mention I was going to talk to The district attorney and they blocked my number from now calling them to resolve the issue this was fraud on selling me the van he also failed to tell me he was charging 2500.00 over sticker as I had told him how another dealer was trying to rip me off at charging over sticker Tommy is the sales manager and Scott is his boss
