Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Ordered an item two weeks ago, never got a shipping confirmation, emailed asking where my purchase is, never received a response a week ago. Shipping shouldn't take this long. It's not a pre-order. These people do not answer emails. Where is my purchase? Resolution Sought Send me what I ordered.
