Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Mercury credit card company automatically withdrew $180.00 from my citizens checking account on March 18, 2022. My husband and mine's account is now negative $231.00. They are refusing to refund the $180.00 that they took from autopay that was not authorized by myself or my husband. Resolution Sought A refund in the minimum amount of $180.00 plus any overdraft fees we may incur.

I've been trying to resolve these charges and to no avail. I get the runaround and I even tried to contact the merchants with no response. Resolution Sought Cancel my card and reimburse me the charges that are false. I can't even cancel my card with the card company, UNBELIEVABLE, NOT RITE, I'M SUPER ANGRY.
