I bought a motor guide trolling motor in may numerous calls to factory and a trip to a certified dealer charged 65 for them to change battery in the remote still does not work was told to take it back again can't afford to keep sticking money into it and the inconvenience of the whole process have tried everything to get my money back customer service just keeps passing the buck extremely disappointed I've been fighting with it all summer it's junk and all I'm getting is a run around Resolution Sought Give me a refund and take it back

Mercury is replacing Joe Lettau's MotorGuide trolling motor. We are awaiting the bill of sale and for Mr. Lettau to return the trolling motor to an authorized MotorGuide dealer. Once the trolling motor is returned and we have a bill of sale, Mercury will issue a check directly to Mr. Lettau. Thank you.
