The shop owner or manager stated he would install a new radio and air conditioning control in my vehicle in about 3 hours well it took him 4 hours but that's ok. When he called and said he was done we went right on to the shop. When we got there he were standing with someone but wouldn't give me the keys to check out the car. After about 10 minutes he comes over and start putting the radio on a station and talking to my son. I said are you going to show him how to operate the system he replied NO because he would be calling me every day. I said that don't make any sense. I noticed the air wasn't working. I told him the air wasn't working, he moved it from automatic to manual and dropped the temperature to 60 it started to blow cold but when you move it to 63 it gets back hot heat and this on a 90 degrees day. I said that not working right. He arrogantly replied I don't make them I just install them I don't see what the big deal is it getting hot and cold. I said but cold only on 60 and only blowing on the floor. His reply was well I can take it back out it don't make me no difference. I knew at that point where this was heading I got out the car and walked away throwing my hands up and down not wanting to show my frustration before my son. I had to call the sheriffs because when he took after he took the unit out and came demanding to be paid and dropping all of his F words. I had to give him $125 for nothing in order to get my keys and car back. Resolution Sought Shut down and refund my money.
