We have an auto warranty with this company, and they are not honoring their end of the contract. Our first claim they told us we didn't have sufficient records so they denied a claim. Since then, we have only taken our vehicle to the Volkswagen dealer so that we have perfect records on this car and again they denied a second claim. Resolution Sought We would like them to pay this latest claim and hold up their end of the contract. Or give us our money back that we paid for this warranty.

I am continuously receiving correspondence from Merit Administration, informing me that I have not contacted them regarding my coverage. There is no company name or address on the envelope or correspondence, so I decided to call. I already have addt'l warranty ins so I dint need theirs. The woman was very aggressive, telling me that I'm being robbed and I shouldn't trust who I'm with because they just want to pocket my money. So I ask her the name of her company, she tells me Merit Administration. I tell her, okay let me do some research and maybe call you back. She insisted that I didn't need to do that, and that I'm missing out on an opportunity and she could email the info I needed to know. I told her I wasn't going to give my email address to her and she was just relentless at this point. I vacate angry, asked her to please remove me from their contact list. She was still talking when I hung up on her. So annoying. The phone number I called was 888 582 6870 Resolution Sought I would like for Merit Administration to not contacting anymore, whether it be by mail, phone or email. They are aggressive and unprofessional.
