Beware of this company very unprofessional. We had so many issues with this company. We fired Merit, and hired a new company. Merit made us pay for 90 extra days. They wanted their money, but basically didn't want to do any work, bc they were so angry! Our new management company is working for free for 90 days, so we do not have to pay 2 management companies. I am the president of our HOA. And Merit Management Rick the owner sent out a check for a hundred and ten thousand dollars by FedX to my house. My daughter found it thrown on our front porch, so unprofessional, no class. So be very careful with this Company. Resolution Sought Return our 90 days notice money so the new management company does not have to work for free u we're so angry you did want do continue working for Addison manor Ruskin n fl. You cancelled our meetings. I can not believe what you have done. Our new management is working 90 days free for us. If you want a 90 day notice then you should have to continue working for us 90 days. So unprofessional. Not take the money and say no meeting bc new management was going to be there.Theifs
