I signed up with Merk farms and paid them $250 to help me in finding a farm to lease in Kentucky or Indiana. He has different tracks available here and there . I watched the videos of the property to lease and look at the Ariel photo. Problem is I'm unable to contact the owner about the lease and when I question Steven (owner of merks farm) he continues to give me the runaround. It plainly shows contact owner but when I click on it it does nothing. So when I question him he asks did I watch the video did I look at the Ariel? The answer is yes but I can't contact anyone about the property. I paid my $250 and just want to be treated fairly. Give me something for my $250. I questioned about a farm on the 27 of January even offered a check for the property if it was still available but I get no response back. I feel I'm being scammed in some way he doesn't want me asking questions and he gets defensive when I do get through to him. He unwilling to help me with property location and all I'm wanting to do is use my app to check out the property and properties joining so I'll have some sort of idea what's all around me to see if I even want to lease this farm. He accused me of maybe trying to sneak a hunt when he knows I'm 8 to 10 hours away from the property. I just want to know what's available and what is not that's all. Just tell yes it is or no it's not . I don't know how to resolve this issue. Resolution Sought I would like a refund and am willing to take a prorated return. I joined in December of 2023 it's just now January 2024 give me 10 months of my money back.
