So I got a $600 credit limit card from Merrick Bank I understood when signing up that had a 29 interest rate I was in a position and I just needed the credit card since I've gotten the card I have made my payments every month on time yes it is just the minimum payment but it has been made every month on time but yet every time I go to check the card I am a negative balance and owe them some type of money where I'm over my credit limit going through my transaction history I can see that there are nothing but fees and charges on the card from Merrick every single month there are interest fees on purchases that I've already made there are also all kinds of fees charged by Merrick I just feel like even though I'm making payments I'm always negative when I initially got the card they took their yearly payment right off the top and I understand what I'm contracted to but I really wish that someone would take a look into Merrick Bank because I do really feel like they are overcharging their customers with all these fees and charges on a monthly basis and making it impossible for you to not only pay them back but to stay in good standings with them I made a $91 payment last month because they gave me a bunch of fees and I was over my balance and I made that $91 payment to try and just get caught up then I go to make my payment this month and it still says that I'm a negative 14 and some change and if there's a 51 minimum dollar payment due I have not used the card I am paying fees Resolution Sought I would like somebody to take a look into Merrick Bank and all the fees and charges that they are adding on to their customers bills every single month keeping them overdrafted and indebted to them on a regular basis making it impossible for me to be in good standing

Continue to send me a bill I do not have a account with this company. I have told them several times, and this company continues to to send statement. Resolution Sought Check they records and recognize I do not have credit with them and stop sending me a statement threatening to report and destroy my credit.
