This company Mers corporation Register my Mortgage with ( I'D 10073000863767380 ) as a Bearer when MERS Client have Transfer the Mortgage to a New Lender/ MORTGAGE HOLDER on 01/06/2016 name Florida Mortgage solution group inc with INSTRUMENT NUMBER 113478027 and Recorded on 01/27/2016. MERS Client was NOT the " ASSGNEE / Designate as the Mortgage Servicer on record after the Transfer and MERS Client Colluded / Conspired with New Lender / MORTGAGE HOLDER in the Mortgage NOTE and have FAIL To Release All Liens / Debts Register under MERS CLIENT. Who is NOT Name as Servicer of Mortgage on Record but Using Commercial Bribery on behalf of MERS to DEFRAUD me when MERS Client is NOT the Owner / MORTGAGE HOLDER/ Servicer in county Record and MERS have those Record. Those are more information that need to be review i have mista2 min in the same property with instrument no; 113478027 and this not a mistake or error that is part of the way mortgage fraud work in fl that was '' intentional '' when you involved in one transaction and you have other property like those mortgage broker/ mortgage servicer and title company all work to defraud consumer both mortgage register at mers and both fraudulent transaction take place the same day 01 /06/2016 and both recorded the same date at the same time with different instrument number i have contacted the fbi they waitting for mers to release all '' lien & debt register '' at the property located at 404 nw 2av hallandale beach fl 33009 in order to start their investigation of florida mortgage solution group inc please let mers know that and not obstructing law enforcement as well as the state of florida dept of financial regulation investigation. please if can talk to mers for a fast release of the fake debt of $181.450 and let law enforcement perform their work
