Most dishonest dealership I've ever been. A 2020 MDX was advertised online as $40,122, internet price. I texted the sales manager, provided the price and mileage I saw online, and was told it's available. I went in test drive, about to purchase, and was given an invoice saying there would be an additional $2000+ for the 'TX Accessories". That's outright false advertising. The manager Armando told me it was indicated on the website that there were additional charge. I checked the Acura main website which I found the ad, it was taken down. I managed to find an ad in the dealership's website, and it did say 'Sale Price $40,122'. The manager then said I had to click in the ad and look down at the small print that the price 'may not include accessory'. I asked him what accessory does the car had that I had to pay extra, 'alarm system' is his answer. This dealership unethically false advertise to lure people in, then add on other unadvertised pricing. Utterly dishonest. I have proof of dealerships online advertised sale price, invoice showing additional unadvertised $2190 for the vehicle, and text confirmation of the price before I went in to test-drive. Resolution Sought Apologize and stop false advertising to victimize other consumers.
