Customer Complaint

Company representative came out to clean our range hood. After they completed the service our blower was not working correctly. We brought it to their attention before they left. They told us it would take an hour or so to come back up to speed and if it did not they would come back out to service it. As they werecleaving we checked it again and we got no activity at all. The technician came back in checked it and said it needed a part and they would be back shortly. An hour passed we called the tech and it went straight to voice mail. We text them no response, we emailed no response. We called five times left messages to date we have not heard from. We will have to get an appliance repairman to come and service our rangehood that was working properly before this company came . Resolution Sought Refund our payment of $200.00. We are not comfortable with them coming back out. We have totally lost trust in them. If they could not respond to our calls and emails then they are just scammers.
