I've had this company for 5 months and the past two weeks I've had no service. I can not even use my phone unless it is on WiFi. This isn't even the first issue I've had with them, but it is the worst. I've been lied to and have been made "false promises". I am so fed up with the service issues and lack of honesty I am to the point I want to switch companies but I can't even do that since they refuse to unlock my phone that I bought outright. Resolution Sought I want my phone unlocked.

I was sold an previously owned i-phone as a new i-phone. The phone is locked by the previously owner. Metro by T-mobile nor Apple cannot unlock the phone. I paid for a phone that I have no access to and cannot use. Metro by T-moblie does not want to give me a refund or a new phone. I have contacted 611 and 1-888-863-8768 (Metro by T-mobile) several of times but I still cannot get any help from them. Resolution Sought Give me a refund.
