Metro by T-Mobile complaints

I have a acct with metro for a cell phone. On 0124 my phone shut off due to being old. I then went to metro and purchased a new phone. Here's where the problem starts. Ithe old phone was on a 30.00 monthly auto pay . When I purchased the new phone my play was 45.00 monthly. I asked them to shut off my old phone and stop the auto pay the agent at the store said they would take care of that. Well 4 months later they are still charging me for the cell phone that was to be turned off. I have talked to cust service at 5 times and a couple of those times they just outright lied to me saving they shut off the auto pay. My last call to cust service was with cris no last name he claimed to be a supervisor he told me their was nothing he could do for me. He said I need to go to the store where I purchased the phone and they could help me. I did that on 04/19 and the Rep said he could not help me. I really am getting screwed royally. Okay so I have had this phone company for 10 plus years I started having problems with them in August of 2021 I have the ACP discount on my phone they keep on shutting my phone off every month after I pay my bill it went on for a year and a half I finally went to the store and told them if you don't help me with my account I'm going to turn you into the corporate office he got mad at me that's how I pay my bills in the store he got mad at me he broke my phone he told me to come back a week later after Thanksgiving went back December December 10th and I was in the store for 45 minutes and he had me arrested for trespassing he called the cops I sat in jail for 4 days now I have my licenses suspended I have to go to court because I'm getting charged with a felony and I didn't do anything and also I reported this to the federal FCC already and they gave false information back the phone company did and I also reported it to Minnesota department of commerce and they gave them false information about my account they changed my account they changed my phone number they locked my account they enrolled me in their system in on 12/23/23 so I'm owed money I'm they're doing me wrong I'm in big trouble because he wouldn't help me and he had me arrested from the store he still works there he's a manager so now I have no phone no service with them and I'm in trouble with the law thanks to them this is ridiculous and stupid unreal and every time I call them nobody helps me I need help Resolution Sought I want this manager FIRED and I want him to be in trouble because he did me wrong and I want to refund I paid way out of pocket for what I was supposed to pay I want to refund of like a $1,000 that's how much I paid
